About me:I am Helen Manning, a Psychotherapist registered with the U.K. Council for Psychotherapy. I have been working in private practice with people in similar situations to these: individuals, couples, families, groups and organisations for more than 20 years. Previously, I practised family therapy with children and families as a social worker.
What I do:
I am able to get alongside a person and explore what is happening with them, so they can gain awareness and clarity in order to bring movement to the difficulties they are having. I am experienced working with many life issues:
~Relationship, in families, with couples, and for individuals
~Depression, anxiety, panic attacks: a range of mental health concerns
~Stress in life, and the work place in particular
~Loss, bereavement, chronic or life threatening illness
~Divorce, separation,adoption and other transition issues in families
~Eating disorders or addiction and related concerns
~Traumatic experience, both recent and from the past

My work as a psychotherapist and counsellor takes place at my counselling and psychotherapy practice which is within easy reach of Saltash, and so not far from the centre of Plymouth, in West Devon and other places in S.E. Cornwall, like Liskeard and Launceston.
There is convenient off street parking in the immediate vicinity.
